It’s all about priorities. Jobs, school, hobbies, sports, friends, family, health, food, you name it. Sometimes you need to slow down and really think about what you want and how to get it. Choices are so much easier to address when you can hear yourself think.


 

Believe You Are Worth It

I believe everyone deserves to be heard — with compassion, without judgement. Therapy is one place that’s all about you. But that doesn’t mean you are alone: I want you to feel heard, valued, validated and understood.
